About half a dozen times a week the phone at AdvanceFirst rings and one of our clients tells us that they have “been requested” by a trading partner (usually a customer) to send them a new document type via a new method of communication, using a different level of security and/ or connecting into a new Marketplace application.

The client is understandably confused by the exact requirement and is either weighted down by other requests or just simply doesn’t have the knowledge or resources to respond in any decent timeframe to what the customer requires.

It is in these cases I would like to think that AdvanceFirst is able to offer that client a first class service. For that client we can offer: -

How does it work?

Most clients will have their preferred method of sending us a file, be that FTP, SFTP or AS2. We will utilise your preferred route to receive that file.

Once received successfully, we will then process that file as required by the recipient trading partner using our Specialist Mapping Services. We will then send those documents or data files through to that trading partner via whatever communications route they require.

• Provide us with a list of email addresses for your trading partners

• We will produce a high quality HTML document (with company logos etc) for each trading partner

• We will then attach a digital signature to the document so it cannot be altered

• Send us your file of documents to be delivered

• They should be complete with addresses and “ready to go”

• We will produce a PDF of  an HTML version of your documents

• They will then be delivered by a secure specialist courier to your trading partners
